MAC - Retail Artist - Myer Sydney City - Casual

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Makeup Artist to join our team at MAC in Myer Sydney City. As a Retail Artist, you will be responsible for providing a welcoming and inspirational in-store experience for our customers, educating and delighting them with your expertise and passion for makeup.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Combine your creative and technical expertise to provide personalized and authentic customer service
  • Work collaboratively with the team to create impactful in-store events and maintain high standards of visual merchandising
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of MAC products and services to provide expert advice and recommendations to customers
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest makeup trends and techniques to ensure a high level of expertise and knowledge
  • Work flexible hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events, in a fast-paced retail environment

Requirements:

  • Qualification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience is preferred, but not required
  • Ability to demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software is an asset
