Job Title

We are seeking an experienced Scheduler to join our team in Port Kembla, NSW.

About the Role

This is a key position that requires strong organizational and communication skills to coordinate and support day-to-day operations through planning and coordination of feed and mill production. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, able to efficiently liaise with different internal teams to ensure orders are scheduled to reach valued customers on time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule incoming customer orders for production
  • Identify opportunities to consolidate orders within the production schedule to maximize efficiencies
  • Maintain internal databases and provide reporting on scheduling and production KPIs
  • Work with internal teams to resolve scheduling challenges
  • Build and maintain collaborative internal relationships
Requirements
  • Relevant experience in a similar role in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong customer focus with the ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently
  • High attention to detail and ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Competent computer knowledge and the ability to learn new systems
