Senior Manager Financial Crime Compliance Specialist

As a senior manager of financial crime compliance, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and implementation of our financial crime compliance program. Our team is dedicated to ensuring that all applicable regulatory requirements are met and contractual obligations are upheld.
Our ideal candidate will be an experienced compliance professional with expertise in AML/CTF and regulatory compliance. You will be responsible for monitoring the financial crime compliance program, providing oversight and guidance to local, regional, and global teams, and contributing to the development and maintenance of policies and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications\
- Recent experience as a Compliance Lead and/or MLRO for an AUSTRAC-registered financial institution in Australia or a registered financial service provider and a reporting entity under the AML/CTF Act in New Zealand.
- Investigation skills to investigate alerts reported to Compliance.
- Ability to draft SARs/notifications to be provided to the regulator and local authorities.
- Assessment skills to assess high-risk clients.
