We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Senior Manager of Financial Crime Compliance. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced compliance expert to take on a leadership role and drive the development of our financial crime compliance program.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in compliance, with experience in managing complex compliance programs and leading cross-functional teams. They will be responsible for ensuring that our organization meets all regulatory requirements and stays ahead of emerging risks.

This role requires a deep understanding of regulatory requirements, including AML/CFT regulations. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures, conducting risk assessments, and providing training and guidance to staff.

As a Senior Manager of Financial Crime Compliance, you will work closely with our regional and global teams to ensure that our compliance program is aligned with our business objectives. You will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with regulatory bodies and staying up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures
  • Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on compliance matters
  • Maintain relationships with regulatory bodies and stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. law, finance, accounting)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in compliance, preferably in a leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of AML/CFT regulations and other relevant laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
