Role Overview

This role is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the development of AI-powered systems that improve patient care. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and launching web and API capabilities that power high-impact user workflows.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-stack software development, with experience in modern TypeScript, React, and NestJS or Express. They will also possess solid backend fundamentals, including REST/GraphQL design, domain-driven architecture, and relational and NoSQL datastores.

The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and AI teams, to convert ideas into customer value quickly. Additionally, the successful candidate will need to champion quality, author tests, monitor performance, and create run-books to ensure smooth releases.

Key Responsibilities:

Core Competencies:

  • Deep experience with modern TypeScript on both client (React) and server (NestJS, Express, etc.).
  • Solid backend fundamentals—REST/GraphQL design, domain-driven architecture, relational and NoSQL datastores.
  • Cloud proficiency (GCP or AWS): containers, CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, observability, and security best practices.
  • Track record of shipping production software that scales and is easy to maintain.
  • Strong testing and code-review discipline, with an eye for readable, approachable code.
  • Clear communication and teamwork skills; enjoy mentoring and unblocking others.
