Data-Driven Business Partner

As a senior sales operations analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by delivering actionable insights to support effective annual go-to-market planning and continuous improvement across processes and systems.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with region sales leaders to establish key business metrics aligned to sales strategies and priorities.
- Facilitate sales forecasting activities in partnership with the sales leadership team.
- Hold sales teams accountable to follow established opportunity management operating principles and Salesforce hygiene requirements.
- Manage customer and transactional data for organization and hygiene purposes.
- Prepare operational, strategic, and tactical reporting and presentations as required by business stakeholders.
- Work closely with APJ sales operations leader, HR, finance, and sales executives to plan coverage models and hiring plans.
- Support APJ annual operating plan (AOP) and capacity planning in partnership with sales leaders, finance, HR, territory operations organisation to build scalable capabilities that support APJ growth plans and revenue targets.
- 5+ years of experience in revenue/sales operations, sales, finance, or related fields.
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or another quantitative field.
- Relevant industry experience: high tech, SaaS, security.
