Job Summary

An exciting opportunity has become available for a highly skilled project coordinator with expertise in delivering customer-initiated projects.

This role is responsible for ensuring time, budget and quality meet our customers' expectations and compliance standards.

You will work closely with customers to ensure an effective energy supply or generation capability. Using your knowledge on diverse services, you will be adaptive, solutions-focused, engaged, and eager to enable 'energy management' and various communication tools to continuously improve our customers' experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with customers to identify improvement opportunities and drive change throughout the platform and customer experience
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to obtain detailed construction plans for energy system infrastructure
  • Provide general and technical support to resolve customer enquiries efficiently
  • Complete the range of customer project related activities utilising tools such as SAP, including preparation of contracts, estimation of projects, A-P development, construction file preparation and close out
Requirements
  • A strong customer service focus is essential for this role
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills are required to proactively engage with customers and key stakeholders
  • Prioritisation of customer outcomes and promotion of continuous improvement of digital platforms and processes is essential
Qualifications and Experience
  • Experience in an energy distribution network is highly regarded
  • A background in training electrical power systems is desirable
  • Suitable qualifications or experience in electrical trade or a related field would be beneficial
  • Excellent customer service skills and a customer advocate approach is required
  • Proven experience in project coordination and project management is highly valued
  • Demonstrated experience in project financial management is desirable
