Job Overview

This role involves managing and delivering end-to-end customer projects. Key responsibilities include ensuring timely, budget-friendly, and quality-focused project outcomes that meet customer expectations.

Collaboration with various stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and drive change throughout the platform is essential. Effective communication and stakeholder management skills are also crucial in this position.

A successful candidate will possess experience in energy distribution networks, training electrical power systems, or electrical trades, along with excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes
  • Coordinate with Design, Drafting, and Surveying teams to obtain detailed construction plans for energy system infrastructure
  • Provide technical support to resolve customer inquiries efficiently
  • Manage customer project activities using SAP, including contract preparation, project estimation, and close-out
Qualifications
  • Experience in energy distribution network or electrical trade
  • Background in training electrical power systems or similar
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Project coordination and management experience
  • Proven experience in financial project management
  • Relevant qualifications such as ESI Diploma
