Vestas Wind Australia is seeking a Senior Operations Planner to support the maintenance of wind farms across Victoria, Australia. This position plays a crucial role in our service process, ensuring that the wind farms operate efficiently and safely.

The Opportunity:

  • This role involves collaborating with the broader Service Scheduling team while also working independently with site teams to deliver clear and effective planning outcomes.
  • You will be responsible for balancing capacity between dispatchers within allocated service territories, ensuring streamlined resource management, and implementing global planning and scheduling projects.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement annual capacity plans for allocated service territories, including quarterly follow-ups.
  • Balance all assigned territory orders to ensure minimum downtime and maximum productivity.
  • Manage crew schedules on a day-to-day basis and ensure the service schedule aligns with service contracts.
  • Perform regular performance reporting to management and maintain up-to-date crew composition and resource analytics.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
  • Technical understanding and planning exposure are essential for success in this position.
  • Proficient in MS Office, SAP, and Salesforce.
  • 5 years of relevant experience in technical service environments with a focus on Planning & Scheduling.

Your Benefits:

  • A competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 AUD per annum, depending on experience.
