Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Planner to join our Just Jeans Planning team. As a commercial partner, you will work closely with Product Managers to develop and manage department financial plans, maximising the financial performance of the brand.

This role involves building seasonal budgets, implementing assortment plans, maintaining accurate financial projections, and collaborating with design and sourcing teams. You will also undertake key analysis, control stock levels, and actualise line projections.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budget Development: Collaborate with product teams to build seasonal budgets and drive financial performance.
  • Assortment Planning: Implement and manage assortment plans to achieve department financial KPIs.
  • Financial Analysis: Maintain accurate financial projections and provide insightful analysis.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product design and sourcing teams to provide feedback on merchandise.
  • Analysis and Review: Undertake pre- and post-review preparation and analysis, controlling stock levels and stock turn.
  • Forecasting: Participate in forward forecasts with the Planning Manager.
Requirements
  • Merchandise Planning Experience: Previous experience in merchandise planning is highly advantageous.
  • Expertise: Demonstrate expertise in sales forecasting, budgeting, option planning, managing OTB (Order To Be Billed), and inventory management.
  • Retail Passion: Possess a passion for retail with an analytical mind.
  • Relationship Management: Demonstrate sound relationship management and influencing skills.
  • Commercial Acumen: Showcase excellent commercial and business acumen.
  • Technical Skills: Possess an excellent working knowledge of Excel and Word.

Salary

$90,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
