Student Ambassador Opportunity

This is a chance to work in a leading provider of student accommodation. Our company has the capacity to provide a home to 19,000 students and offers a unique experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Initiate and run programs that assist residents socially, culturally, and academically.
  • Participate in Community Orientation Programs for a smooth transition at the start of each semester.
  • Maintain an excellent knowledge of services available to residents within our organization, universities, colleges, and the local community, and how to access them.
  • Be a source of advice and assistance to residents, supporting their university experience.
  • Maintain relationships with residents in your area and encourage feedback for continuous improvement.
Ideal Candidate

You are a customer service superstar who thrives when working with people. You will be high energy, driven, and detail focused. Enjoy working in a fast-paced diverse environment, building strong relationships comes naturally, and you're a genuine team player. The following minimum criteria apply:

  • Currently reside at the property during employment.
  • Are a student during employment.
  • Have not received any breach notifications while living at the property.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Submitted all required documentation before the application deadline.
  • Have or are willing to secure a Working with Children check.
  • Available to work evenings and weekends.
  • Available to work at least one semester.
