Skilled Nursing Professional

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nursing professional to join our team. As a Staff Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care through evidence-based practices, promoting family-centered care and exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct timely assessments, develop individualized care plans, and update them as necessary.
- Deliver direct care, evaluate outcomes, and incorporate principles of family-centered care.
- Monitor patients' conditions, document effectiveness of care, and identify areas for improvement.
- Assess educational needs, provide teaching, and validate patient understanding.
- Administer prescribed medications using barcode scanning and follow established protocols.
- Carry out treatments according to approved policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to address patient needs and promote evidence-based practice.
- Delegate tasks to other members of the nursing team effectively.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to professional communication standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification is required.
- Minimum three-year curriculum in Nursing from an accredited program is required.
- Associate Degree Nurses from North America must have passed the National exam (USA: NCLEX-RN & Canada: Licensing Exam).
- At least two years of post-graduate experience is required.
- Valid national license and current certifications (BLS, ACLS) are required.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Fluency in English and Arabic languages is preferred.
