Job Title: Skilled Nursing Professional

Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced nursing professional to join our clinical team at Coppin Centre Residential Aged Care Facility in Melbourne.

This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated individual to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Providing high-quality medical care, including assessing patients' health conditions, monitoring vital signs, and managing medications and treatments.
  • Undertaking or supervising others to undertake clinical care for individual patients as required, including wound care, pain management, behaviour management, end-of-life care, and other clinical procedures as necessary.
  • Liaising with relevant residential care staff, medical professionals, allied health practitioners, hospitals, and specialist health services to ensure patients receive exceptional clinical care.

Requirements:
  • A degree in nursing or a related field.
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Proven experience in aged care or a related field.
