Clinical Care Leader Position in Residential Aged Care

About the RoleWe are seeking an accomplished Clinical Leader to lead and support the coordination of clinical and care needs for Residential Aged Care residents. The successful candidate will ensure high-quality service delivery and foster a positive, values-based culture within our team.
Responsibilities- Develop and drive our clinical care strategy, aligning with Australian Unity's values of Bold, Warm, and Honest.
- Collaborate with site management teams and central support services to deliver customer-centred and compliant aged care services.
- Lead the effective delivery of a range of services, including food, lifestyle, allied health, and additional services under Better Together Plus.
- Work closely with the General Manager to ensure RAC residents receive services meeting required standards, enhancing their wellbeing and aligning with preferences and needs.
- Help develop and manage annual budgets and strategies to ensure cost-effective accommodation and service delivery, managing revenue, costs, and capex within set targets.
- Cultivate relationships with Retirement and Assisted Living Community Teams to support end-to-end Better Together customer value proposition delivery.
- Qualified Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration.
- Experience and knowledge regarding AN-ACC funding and NQIP reporting.
- Knowledge of ACQSC accreditation, procedures, and standards.
- Desirable: Tertiary qualifications in Business or similar and/or a minimum of five years equivalent management experience in a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- An accomplished People Leader with proven experience delivering effective coaching and performance management, creating a positive 'values'-based culture.
- Must have full work rights to work in Australia.
