Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic finance professional to join our team as a Finance Officer. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with experience in project controlling and purchasing.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial support to the Finance Controller, including managing accounts payables and receivables, processing purchase orders and invoices, and generating payments. They will also be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing timely and accurate monthly financial reports, and identifying areas for process improvement.

The role requires excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and strong communication and collaboration skills. The ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Provide financial support to the Finance Controller
  • Manage accounts payables and receivables
  • Process purchase orders and invoices
  • Generate payments
  • Maintain accurate financial records
  • Prepare timely and accurate monthly financial reports
  • Identify areas for process improvement

Requirements

  • Relevant university degree in accounting or a related field
  • 4+ years of finance and accounting experience
  • Experience in project controlling and purchasing is desirable
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
