Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Records Coordinator to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in managing patient records with accuracy and care.

Responsibilities:
  • Process and verify medical record requests in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Coordinate release of information to patients, attorneys, insurance companies, and other entities.
  • Pull records for patient care, quality review, and audits in a timely manner.
  • Maintain and update records in real-time.
  • Scan documents into patient files and ensure complete, organized records.
  • Handle request conflicts and escalate issues to the Office Manager.
