Job Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Records Specialist to support our team. If you excel at organization, communication, and maintaining confidentiality, we would like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and verify medical record requests in compliance with HIPAA and all applicable regulations.
  • Coordinate the release of information to patients, attorneys, insurance companies, and other entities.
  • Pull records for patient care, quality review, and audits in a timely manner.
  • Maintain and update records in real time.
  • Scan documents into patient files and ensure complete, organized records.
  • Resolve request conflicts and escalate issues to the Office Practice Manager.
  • Provide translation support when needed.
