Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to fill the role of Proposal Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to join our organization and contribute to the success of our business.

As a key member of our team, the successful candidate will work closely with our marketing, estimating, and construction operations teams to develop qualifications, proposals, and presentations that support new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have strong writing skills, experience with design-build and alternate project delivery method proposals, and a thorough understanding of the construction and engineering industry.

This role requires a high level of communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as basic knowledge of Adobe CC software. A 4-year degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven ability to use desktop publishing, presentation, and other marketing-related software, especially Adobe CC, Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, SharePoint, FTP sites, video conference/sharing, and other marketing-related applications.
  • Basic understanding of construction and/or engineering industry and ability to learn new construction and engineering concepts.
  • 3+ years of prior marketing experience in construction and/or engineering industry in similar capacity.
  • 3+ years of strong writing skills, including an understanding of the elements of style and English grammar.
  • Experience with technical writing in an engineering environment desired.
