Your Impact
  • Take ownership and lead all daily operations of village services.
  • Foster a culture of resident satisfaction by promoting open communication, professionalism, honesty, and positivity across the community.
  • Implement community finance budgets and work with internal finance partners.
  • Display a strong sense of people leadership including recruitment, onboarding, rostering, performance management and development of your Assistant Manager into the next Community Manager.
About You
  • Prior experience in a front-line operations management role (e.g. Hospitality, Hotel or General Manager roles).
  • Strong people and stakeholder skills with a passion for leading teams and working with a wide range of residents and stakeholders.
  • A passion for building on customer engagement, KPI improvement and resident satisfaction.
  • Tertiary qualification in business or related discipline (desirable).
