Job Title: Senior Operations Executive

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Operations Executive to lead and support our regional teams in delivering high-quality services aligned to our purpose and strategic objectives.

  • As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will provide visionary leadership and operational oversight for our southern Queensland venues.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Closely collaborate with the Head of Operations – North and the General Manager for Client Services to align regional strategies and operational goals.
  2. Lead and support Regional and Senior Managers to optimise service delivery and ensure consistent compliance with policies and funding requirements.
  3. Monitor, analyse, and respond to operational performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective solutions.
  4. Oversee resource allocation and financial management to maintain operational efficiency across all southern Queensland venues.
  5. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, quality assurance, and risk management practices to uphold organisational standards and client safety.

Requirements:

  • Results-driven leader with extensive experience in senior operational management.
  • Strategic mindset coupled with strong business acumen.
  • Excellent communication skills, financial management expertise, and a thorough understanding of compliance, risk management, and funding requirements.
