Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Continuous Improvement Consultant to join our team at Auto & General. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing and updating induction and learning content to ensure it remains relevant and engaging.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and organize updates to induction and learning content to align with business needs.
  • Communicate with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure materials meet organizational goals.
  • Manage learning resources, ensuring content is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible.
  • Monitor and report on training program effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Use systems to design, deliver, and track digital learning solutions and ensure smooth operations.
  • Create engaging learning content to enhance onboarding and ongoing development.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure offerings reflect best practices and standards.
  • Review and improve existing processes and learning solutions to foster continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Understanding of training processes and adult learning principles.
  • Proven ability to scope, design, and deliver technical and behavioral training.
  • Strong application of learning design principles.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and organizational skills.
  • Experience delivering training programs for diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Capacity for self-management, participative decision-making, and managing change.
