Job Title: Conference and Event Service Leader

This role will support all food and beverage services across various venues, with a focus on unique event spaces.

The sophisticated setting of these spaces welcomes creativity, discussion, and innovation.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all conferences and events run smoothly and to the highest standard.
  • Lead and manage the setup, pack-down, and ensure seamless service for all conferences and events.
  • Brief the team at the beginning of the event; provide clear direction; or guarantee that each guest experience exceeds their expectations.

Requirements:

  • More than 1 year's proven experience in motivating and leading a team in a busy events & function area or F&B venue.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and ability to interact with guests & colleagues.
  • Be a confident multi-tasker who can deliver under pressure.
  • Have an eye for detail and be an enthusiastic and approachable person who is motivated to take ownership and consistently deliver a unique guest experience.
