Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and mentor the Service Team to achieve targets.
  • Monitor and review service productivity rates, seeking continuous improvement.
  • Implement operational plans to drive success.
  • Conduct regular quality audits of client premises.
  • Ensure company service standards are met and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Optimise service efficiency through available tools and technology.
  • Maintain team vehicles in a safe, reliable and clean condition.
  • Resolve customer issues proactively.
  • Nurture long-term customer relationships.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years in a similar services role with leadership experience.
  • At least 3 years management experience with a services or operations background.
  • Experience in implementing workplace safety initiatives, dispute resolution and regular reporting.
  • Strong communication and commercial skills.
  • Ability to lead by example, setting a high standard of customer service.
