Job Description:We are seeking a highly organised and results-driven Events & Partnerships Coordinator to lead the delivery of our major events, meetings, and partnership programs.
This role involves coordinating and delivering our major events, meetings, and conferences to the highest professional standard. Key responsibilities include managing event budgets, timelines, and operational plans; leading end-to-end event logistics, including venue selection, supplier management, catering, AV, and management of the event platform; and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, contracts, and organisational policies.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and deliver our major events, meetings, and conferences to the highest professional standard.
- Manage event budgets, timelines, and operational plans.
- Lead end-to-end event logistics, including venue selection, supplier management, catering, AV, and management of the event platform.
- Deliver our partnership and sponsorship commitments, ensuring obligations are met and value is maximised.
- Work closely with internal teams to integrate events and partnerships into broader marketing and communications activities.
To succeed in this role, you will need strong track records of delivering high-profile events and meetings on time and within budget; ability to build and maintain relationships with sponsors, partners, suppliers, and industry representatives; highly organised with excellent time management and attention to detail; skilled in securing agreements and managing commercial relationships; excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to represent us professionally; and experience working in cross-functional teams.
