Event Planning Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Planning Specialist to oversee the planning, management, and execution of events and conferences.

  • Liaising with clients to understand their event needs is crucial for success.
  • Coordinating logistics, selecting venues, managing catering and audiovisual equipment requirements.
  • Effective budgeting, ensuring all events run smoothly.
  • Providing exceptional customer service throughout the event experience.

Key Qualifications:

  • Excellent Communication skills, including strong written and verbal communication.
  • Strong Event Planning, Event Management, and Logistics skills.
  • Experience creating conference programs and making strategic recommendations on room block, F&B, and accommodations.
  • Highly Organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively under pressure.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously in fast-paced environments.
  • Deliver exceptional results by meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations.
