This pivotal role is crucial to the delivery of events and management of staff in a food & beverage setting. The position consists of 90% onsite event work and 10% administrative tasks.

Key Requirements:
  • Australian Open Drivers Licence
  • Minimum 3 years experience in high-end dining restaurants, hotels, functions or events
  • Current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
  • Passion for Great Food, Wine and Beer
  • Ability to Work Under Pressure
  • Prior Food Hygiene Training and/or Accreditation
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills
