We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to fill the role of Appointment Setter. In this position, you will be responsible for generating high volumes of qualified leads through inbound enquiries and webinars, establishing connections with prospects, and facilitating the Fact-Find process to direct members to our product offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Screen warm leads from inbound enquiries and webinars attendees, identifying potential opportunities
  • Establish relationships with prospects and facilitate the Fact-Find process (discovery call to clarify current financial situation and future goals)
  • Arrange membership consultation meetings with membership consultants
  • Take initiative to retain members and minimize cancellations
  • Provide regular feedback to relevant teams in relation to processes and products
Requirements:
  • A background in property, banking, or investment is advantageous
  • Proven success on the phones and engaging clients
  • A belief in property and personal experience with buying property
  • Passion, high energy, and self-motivation
  • Confidence in delivering information and strong influencing skills
