About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement high-quality educational programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our children
  • Build strong relationships with families and the local community, fostering a sense of belonging and inclusivity
  • Collaborate with our centre leadership team to develop, review, and implement effective early learning programs
  • Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment that promotes children's physical, emotional, and cognitive development
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research, trends, and best practices in early childhood education, applying this knowledge to inform your teaching practices

Requirements
  • Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved)
  • Current Qld Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with families and colleagues
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a focus on providing high-quality educational programs
