Job DescriptionWe are seeking a passionate and experienced Educator to join our team at Goodstart Little Mountain Gumtree Pocket. As an Educator, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment for our children. Your expertise will help us develop and implement exceptional learning programs that cater to the unique needs and interests of our children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement high-quality learning programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a positive and supportive learning environment
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote the safety and well-being of children
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in early childhood education

Requirements:
