Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking a Casual Educator to join our team at Goodstart Little Mountain – Gumtree Pocket. As a Casual Educator, you will be a flexible, team-oriented professional, ready to support our centres and children wherever and whenever needed.
Key Responsibilities- Actively contribute to the education program in the room and the centre team
- Engage and supervise the children at all times
- Maintain a safe environment for children, families, and team members
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children and families
- Comply with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures
- Support a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement

- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current QLD Working with Children Check / Blue Card
