Marketing Manager

We're seeking a high-calibre Marketing Manager to lead our exceptional fly fishing marketing drive.

The successful applicant will report directly to the Managing Director and work closely with other key department heads.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
  • Lead and mentor a team of skilled marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive positioning to refine marketing approaches.
  • Oversee the creation of compelling marketing campaigns across various channels, such as digital, print, and social media.
  • Manage marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI and deliver measurable results.
Requirements
  • A proven track record of successful marketing experience within the fly fishing and related products.
  • Experience in the sourcing, importing, and exporting of fly fishing related products, particularly from Korea, Japan, and China.
  • Detailed knowledge of factories that can design, develop, and manufacture fly fishing products.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and the ability to translate ideas into actionable plans.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Experience in both traditional marketing and digital marketing, including social media marketing, SEO, and e-commerce.
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.

International travel, including China and Asia, may be required for up to 6 months per year.
