About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Veritas Recruitment. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving brand awareness and building lasting relationships with key stakeholders in the luxury hotel and venue market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Identify and engage with qualified leads, nurturing them into product interest and sales opportunities
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including General Managers, F&B Managers, Executive Chefs, designers, and consultants
  • Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the Sales Support Team to develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy
  • Business Development: Seek out new business opportunities and expand their existing client base

About You

  • Proven experience in generating and closing high-value sales opportunities
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Confidence and effectiveness in cold calling
  • Strong emotional intelligence and adaptability in handling various client interactions
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and leveraging data for results
  • A strong work ethic with a passion for personal and professional development
  • Cultural sensitivity and flexibility in managing interactions across different time zones
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in management, operations, or sales
