Employment Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as an Employment Consultant. This is an exceptional opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of individuals within the community who are facing barriers to employment.

The successful candidate will have proven ability to build rapport and maintain effective relationships with clients, peers and relevant agencies. They will possess highly developed interpersonal skills and resilience to conflicting situations, with a high level of professionalism, attention to detail and compliance focused.

The role requires the ability to work within stringent KPIs and driven to exceed targets, with proven ability to manage time and workloads effectively to business priorities in a challenging environment.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Qualifications in Employment Services, Career Counselling, Mental Health or Social Sciences
  • Solid experience in Employment Services and an understanding of strategies to address barriers to employment
