**Job Title:** Customer Sales Representative

We are seeking an experienced Customer Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and sales results.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about working with customers, building relationships and achieving sales targets. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling customer queries and complaints, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, identifying opportunities to increase sales revenue
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including sales data and customer feedback

  • A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM software
