The role of a physiotherapist is to deliver high-quality patient care, utilizing evidence-based practices and protocols. This includes early mobilization, safe discharge planning, and guiding patients through successful transitions from hospital to outpatient rehabilitation.
Key responsibilities include delivering physiotherapy services on the ward and in an on-site clinic, providing peri-operative and inpatient care, facilitating pre-operative group education, collaborating with surgeons to refine protocols and review patient outcomes, and educating clients on the long-term benefits of strength training.

Requirements
- Current registration with AHPRA as a physiotherapist
- A relevant Bachelor's degree in physiotherapy
- Valid working rights in Australia
- Active professional indemnity insurance
- First aid certification
- NDIS worker screening check
- Working with children check
Desirable Qualifications
- 1+ years of relevant work experience
- Previous experience in private practice or similar settings
