We're a small but growing private practice in Charlestown, and we're looking for afull-time Physiotherapistwho's ready to join our team, contribute their knowledge, and level up in their career.

About You

We're looking for someone who:

Has3+ years of clinical experience(preferred, but not essential)

Is passionate aboutevidence-based careand tracking outcomes with standardised assessment tools

Communicates clearly and simplifies complex concepts for patients

Thrives in ateam environmentand loves bouncing ideas off their fellow Physio's

Values bothactive, exercise-based rehabandhands-on treatments

Driven to make a meaningful difference in the lives of people in their local community

What You'll Be Doing

Managing a private caseload of 1:1 appointments (60 min initial / 30 min standard follow-ups)

All things injury rehab -treating a wide range of acute, chronic and post-operative musculoskeletal presentations

Contributing to weekly team discussions and mentoring sessions

Participating in ongoing professional development and education

Working in a clinic that prioritisespatient outcomes, not just KPIs
