Job Description

As a key player in shaping a sustainable energy future, you will be responsible for leading and delivering technical work across various renewable energy projects. Your role will be instrumental in helping us create a better tomorrow.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and deliver technical work across solar, wind, and BESS projects from early feasibility through to commissioning.
  • Support market-facing activities, including scoping, proposals, and client engagement, to position the company as a trusted delivery partner.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation, continuous improvement, and commercial growth.
  • Plan, track, and deliver projects or sub-tasks to time, quality, and performance metrics.
  • Actively mentor junior engineers and share technical knowledge across the team.
Technical Expertise:
  • Subject Matter Expert in at least one renewable energy area (solar, wind, BESS).
  • Broad understanding of related systems, such as protection, controls, SCADA, and grid compliance.
  • Seek out new learnings and proactively share insights to elevate team performance.
Leadership:
  • Leads small project teams or disciplines within larger projects.
  • Brings clarity and focus to delivery, managing complexity and aligning the team to outcomes.

To be successful in this role, you should have:
