Sustainable Energy Specialist

This role is a key part of our mission to accelerate the world's transition to clean energy. We are looking for an experienced professional with a background in environmental science, occupational health and safety, or engineering, to develop and implement policies and procedures that ensure the highest standards of sustainability across all our solar projects.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive HSE policies and procedures for solar projects
  • Conduct regular site visits to identify potential risks and ensure compliance with regulations and industry best practices
  • Deliver high-quality training programs to employees, contractors, and stakeholders on HSE matters
  • Investigate incidents and accidents to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulations, standards, and best practices in the energy sector

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as environmental science, occupational health and safety, or engineering
  • At least 2 years of experience in HSE management, preferably in the renewable energy sector
  • Excellent understanding of relevant regulations, standards, and industry best practices in HSE
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
