QLD Restoration Role

Deliver quality restoration outcomes for clients by providing exceptional customer service and conducting initial make-safe works.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service and complete reports for water, mould, fire, and other restoration-related projects.
  • Complete technician duties for water damage, fire damage & mould projects, including installation, monitoring, and reporting of mitigation & restoration equipment.
  • Carry out mould cleaning and fire wash-down of relevant areas using restoration chemicals.
  • Complete inventory reports on restorable/non-restorable contents items and steam-clean carpets.
  • Liaise with internal staff, project managers, external contractors, and clients to deliver customer-focused restoration outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Full Driver's License and Construction Induction Card.
  • Current Working with Children Check and police check (or willing to obtain prior to commencement).
  • IICRC qualification highly regarded.
