
Senior Insurance Solutions Specialist

Description:
- We review and identify claims that don't fit within our policies to ensure the right outcomes.
- We work with stakeholders to discuss results and dispute resolutions.
- We prepare and draft documentation for stakeholders as needed.
- We build customer relationships to understand their needs, delivering a positive experience.
- We stay up-to-date on insurance guidelines, legislation, regulations, and court decisions, recommending policy improvements for better compliance.
About You:
- You have experience in managing claims in a complex customer service environment.
- You can optimize business value by delivering high-quality services and positive customer experiences.
- You have technical knowledge of relevant insurance lines and associated laws.
- You have high attention to detail and are proficient with systems, software, databases, and communication tools.
- You are a proactive problem-solver with strong decision-making skills and excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
