Job Title: Senior Claims Service Consultant

Description:

  • We stay up-to-date on insurance guidelines, legislation, regulations, and court decisions, recommending policy improvements for better compliance.

  • You have experience in managing claims in a complex customer service environment.
  • You can optimize business value by delivering high-quality services and positive customer experiences.
  • You have technical knowledge of relevant insurance lines and associated laws.
  • You have high attention to detail and are proficient with systems, software, databases, and communication tools.
  • You are a proactive problem-solver with strong decision-making skills and excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
