Job Overview:

Brand Management Role

This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced brand manager to drive business growth in the Autocare category. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing annual brand plans, championing marketing cycle plans, and providing insights-based strategies.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of solid brand management experience, a degree or above in Business or Marketing, and outstanding verbal and written communication skills. They should also possess strong project management skills, ability to influence and build relationships, and a proactive approach to work.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual who can effectively work cross-functionally, communicate with internal and external teams, and produce high-quality work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develops annual brand plans and executes agreed plans to drive business growth.
  • Champions and communicates marketing cycle plans to local sales teams.
  • Provides input to strategy development and builds annual brand plans for the Autocare Category.
  • Develops and manages activation of consumer and shopper communication and new product launches.
  • Evaluates and ensures that brand pricing, sales, and margin targets are met.
Key Requirements:
  • Degree or above in Business, Marketing, or similar discipline.
  • 3+ years solid brand management experience of working in consumer goods.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong ability to influence and build relationships.
  • Ability to take initiative and self-direct.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
