Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled equestrian professional to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ride 8-10 horses per morning for pace/timed work and jump outs, ensuring the highest level of horsemanship and horse care.
  • Educate young horses on the ground, providing them with the best possible start in life.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • A relevant qualification and at least 2 years of full-time or equivalent part-time experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent knowledge of thoroughbred racing training and handling methods, as well as the ability to train and educate young horses.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
  • Demonstrated skills in safe equipment operation and personal protective equipment, with a sound knowledge of health and safety obligations.
