Promotion and Offers Strategist

We collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create innovative offers and campaigns that meet business objectives and customer needs.

  • Create a strategic roadmap informed by experimentation to determine the optimal methods for measuring promotions ROI, efficiency, and impact on long-term customer values.
  • Partner with marketing and product teams to deploy promotions at scale across all touchpoints.
  • Develop and execute promotional strategies, monitoring and reporting performance metrics.
  • Craft and manage a promotional calendar, ensuring timely execution of offers and promotions.
  • Work with marketing teams to develop creative assets and marketing materials to support promotions.
  • Analyze the performance of promotions and offers, providing regular insights to inform optimization.
  • Identify opportunities for segmentation and personalization of offers to improve targeting and effectiveness.

You will bring:

  • Experience in Growth/CRM/Product with a focus on optimizing promotions.
  • Solid experience in CRM/Digital Marketing.
  • Experience with A/B testing, multivariate testing, and statistical analysis.
