This is an excellent opportunity to work with a respected and long-standing commercial builder who has a significant pipeline of work.

The company is a well-established business that specializes in delivering commercial projects with values up to $20m and has an impressive portfolio of works.

Your role:

  • Define and write scope of works for construction projects.
  • Manage and vet subcontractor packages to ensure financial viability.
  • Process and manage variations to project scope.
  • Handle and process progress claims from subcontractors.
  • Respond to and manage requests for information (RFIs).

About you:

  • You will be an experienced professional with a strong background in contract administration and procurement.
  • You will have the ability to analyze and manage complex subcontractor packages.
  • You will have experience in managing construction projects from start to completion.
  • You will be able to work effectively in a team environment and independently as needed.
  • You will be punctual and reliable in your work.
