Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Release Manager to lead the governance, coordination and assurance of enterprise-wide ICT releases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Govern and maintain an integrated release calendar across enterprise systems and large-scale programs.
  • Lead release planning forums, readiness assessments and go/no-go decisions.
  • Develop and enhance release and deployment frameworks, processes and documentation in line with ITIL best practice.
  • Provide strategic governance and oversight across complex ICT programs, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, security and operational readiness.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives on release risks, dependencies and impacts.
  • Engage, support and coach delivery teams to embed consistent and auditable release practices.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Proven track record leading ICT release management at enterprise level.
  • Experience developing and enhancing automated release practices.
  • Strong understanding of governance, assurance and interdependent program delivery.
  • Excellent ability to engage with senior executives and multi-disciplinary teams.
