We are seeking an accomplished Security Business Leader for Asia to spearhead our cloud-enabled security solutions and services in the region.

This highly influential role will lead a team of specialist sellers and technical specialists to provide and sell best-in-class security solutions to our enterprise customers, driving digital transformation securely.

The successful candidate will possess exceptional sales leadership and technical thought leadership skills, with a strong track record of delivering business outcomes through business outcome selling and expanding customer IT and business connections.

Responsibilities include:

  • Inspiring a culture of customer-centricity, accountability, collaboration, and achieving big bold goals within the organization
  • Driving growth in the Security business through business outcome selling and expanding customer IT and business connections
  • Working closely with key partners to expand sales capabilities and reach in the area
  • Empowering specialist sales and technical specialist managers to drive Security business growth at or above targets
  • Taking ownership and accountability for delivering area business results and incubation business targets
  • Influencing technical and product leadership agendas across stakeholders
  • Leading by example and engaging at CxO level to support and coach teams on new opportunity discovery and acceleration
  • Representing the external agenda of specialist sellers to build and influence the market
  • Celebrating success and ensuring a consistent coaching rhythm to develop high-performing teams

Qualifications:

Required/Minimum Qualifications
  • 14+ years technology-related sales or account management experience
  • OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, Analytics, Data Science, or related field AND 10+ years technology-related sales or account management experience
  • 8+ years people management experience
Additional Or Preferred Qualifications
  • 8+ years senior technical sales leadership experience in cloud services growth preferably Security, Productivity, or Infrastructure
  • 12+ years people management experience, including managing high-performance sales and technical-specialist teams
  • Technical certifications in Security solutions
