About the Opportunity
  • Lead a high-performing team of Systems Engineers to manage and deliver cloud-based products and services, driving innovation and excellence.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience as an Operations Manager, Product Owner or Cloud Operations Lead in ICT, with a strong track record of success.
  • Advanced knowledge of cloud environments, specifically AWS, Microsoft Azure, and ServiceNow, with certifications in Agile and SAFe frameworks.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams within Agile frameworks, driving client-focused digital solutions and improving user satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in configuration management, cloud cost optimization, and using monitoring tools for performance insights, with a focus on business value.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise across various technical and business stakeholders, translating complex technical requirements into clear, actionable goals.
