Accessory Inventory Specialist Leader

Coordinate the flow of accessories across our Dealer network and export customers to keep stock levels healthy and customers happy. Dive into data and KPIs to guide smarter inventory decisions and improve forecasting. Lead cross-functional projects and guide team members to drive proactive stock management and backorder resolution. Facilitate key stakeholder forums to ensure everyone stays aligned and on track.
Required Skills and Qualifications- A degree in Business, Logistics or equivalent experience in supply chain/aftersales
- 5+ years' experience in the automotive industry with a focus on logistics or inventory
- A natural leader – you're confident guiding others and bringing teams together to get things done
- Analytical, organised and proactive – you love solving problems and improving systems
- Excellent communicator who's comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels
