About The Role

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Retail Manager to lead the daily operations and teams across two distinct store concepts. As the Dual Site Retail Manager, you will be responsible for driving commercial performance, fostering a premium customer experience, and maintaining strong operational and visual merchandising standards.

You will also collaborate with external partners, contribute to product development, and play a key role in promoting local tourism experiences through in-store education and tour bookings.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and manage high-performing teams across both sites
  2. Deliver exceptional service and memorable experiences to all customers
  3. Manage sales performance and KPI reporting across both boutiques
  4. Maintain relationships with local tourism operators and external partners
  5. Oversee inventory, replenishment, and boutique presentation standards
  6. Coordinate in-store events and guided experiences to drive brand engagement
  7. Recruit, onboard, train and develop team members
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Retail Manager in premium or high-end retail
  • Strong sales leadership with a track record of achieving targets and building client relationships
  • Previous experience or interest in jewellery, accessories, or luxury goods
  • Excellent people management, communication and organisational skills
