About the Role

We're seeking a skilled professional to contribute to our loyalty and personalisation strategy. As part of this role, you will be responsible for analysing large-scale project and campaign data to improve performance across multiple channels.

  • Develop use cases for personalising member data in key channels
  • Measure and communicate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and communications programs
  • Prioritise workload with an informed view of each analytics request's value
  • Translate complex mathematical techniques into actionable business concepts
  • Participate in planning with stakeholders to create a cohesive vision and deliverables

Main Responsibilities:

You will work closely with internal teams and partners to cultivate relationships and deliver results. A strong insights analyst with commercial acumen is required, along with proven experience in campaign performance measurement and reporting, ideally in a loyalty environment.

  • Experience working with large volumes of transactional/customer data and creating meaningful reports
  • Excellent influencing and storytelling skills to articulate complex analysis simply
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with tertiary qualifications in Business, Mathematics, or Science disciplines
  • Experience automating legacy reports, with efficiency gains and measurable benefits

Requirements:

  • Oracle SQL, Snowflake, R, and BI experience (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, MicroStrategy) are highly desirable
